Our home owners insurance went down finally. But they keep giving us to other companies. I wish they would stop that. It drives me nuts. I think I have insurance with one company then get a letter in the mail saying I am now with another company. Geeez.

I agree with you. they are so bad when it comes to service.

Oh, I hate that too!  Especially since I pay all my bills online and then have to go in and edit who that payment goes to.

At least with this switch you got some good news by your insurance going down.

Don't forget that a lot of insurance companies have recently been taken over by other insurance companies which could be why you are now with a different insurance company.

Yes , that and being in Florida no one wants to insure us. Ever since that year we had 4 hurricanes hit in a row. I think I`ll move lol.
