I guess piracy of various goods are now in circulation. Before starting our own business we have to make sure that we in all conditions should not be dealing with pirated goods such as music, softwares etc.

Further if anyone caught in piracy cases either knowingly and unknowingly will be fined heavily and prisoned.

It depends greatly on where you are living. Here in Thailand for example nearly all businesses use pirate software on their computers.
